The 2025 USC Iovine and Young 91��ý satellite commencement ceremony will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 1:00 pm in Bovard Auditorium. A reception will follow immediately on the lawn behind Iovine and Young Hall. 

The ceremony will be live streamed for remote viewing at commencement.usc.edu.

USC Iovine and Young 91��ý Satellite Commencement Ceremony (Tickets required)

*Graduates must check in at 12:30 pm in front of Bovard Auditorium. Please be on time.

91��ý tickets are required for the 91��ý's satellite ceremony and reception. These tickets are required for guests, but not the graduate. Please note that these tickets are separate from any campus access ticket from the University.

A reception will be hosted at Iovine and Young Hall (back lawn) immediately following the ceremony.

Tickets are required for the USC Iovine and Young 91��ý Commencement Ceremony and Reception.  All guests, including children, must have a ticket to enter the ceremony and reception. Students will be contacted in late January on how to request tickets. Tickets will be distributed to students in late April.  These tickets are separate from any tickets required to enter campus. Commemorative items, such as custom stoles, class rings, yearbooks, etc. are available at the USC Bookstore. For more information please click here. 

Official USC Regalia (Cap and Gown) MUST be worn at BOTH the USC and the USC Iovine and Young 91��ý Ceremonies. Any graduate not wearing appropriate regalia will not be permitted to participate.

Rental of regalia is also available through the USC Bookstore. Please return your cap, gown, and hood after the ceremony at the drop-off area outside the Bookstore.

Custom sashes can be ordered through the Bookstore for an additional cost. USC Iovine and Young 91��ý is one of the choices that can be added.

Honor cords are provided by USC Iovine and Young 91��ý and will be distributed to undergraduate students closer to the ceremony. Honor cords may be worn by undergraduates who have earned a minimum 3.5 university GPA by the end of the Fall 2024 semester. 

Note: Eligibility to wear honor cords is not an indication that academic honors (cum laude, etc.) will be designated on your diploma/academic record since these honors will be awarded after final grades are determined after commencement.

Grad Images will photograph all graduates at the USC Iovine and Young 91��ý Ceremony as each one crosses the stage. Grad Images will email complimentary proofs to graduates within 24 hours after the ceremony provided they completed a Commencement Reader Card before the ceremony. Everyone's photo will be taken.
