Renault Laguna locked his driver at 200Km/h for more than one hour

A French motorist Point-of-Metz, Amiens, spent more than an hour in a car with the engine jammed at 200km/h.
The end of the journey took place more than 125 miles from his destination, in Belgium, when the car ran out of fuel and crashed into a dam.

Frank Lecerf, a French 36 years old driver from the town of Point-de-Metz, Amiens, won’t forget the scare he took last Sunday when the car he was driving got jammed at a speed of 200km/h during a normal trip to the supermarket.

Unable to stop his car, a Renault Laguna – adapted for drivers with physical disabilities – Lecerf had no choice but to continue driving on the highway he was on, while he tried to come up with a solution for the problem.

The end of the journey eventually happened already in Belgium, more than 125 miles beyond its original destination, when Lecerf’s car eventually ran out of gas abd hit a dam in Alveringem.

When approached by the authorities to tell about what happened, Lecerf said that in a first moment, the speed of his car got stuck at 95km/h, and that when he tried to slow down the speed continued to increase until it stabilized at 200km/h, giving no other choice to the French driver but to continue driving until the situation was resolved.

The French police was involved in the situation because Lecerf was able to make a call from inside the car, asking for help.

Once contacted, the French police sent a dozen cars to escort Lecerf, with the aim of establishing a security perimeter around the vehicle alerting other drivers of the dangerous situation.

In addition to this safety measure he immediately established contact with the brand technicians, who quickly admitted that the only solution to the problem was to wait for the gas to run out.

After all this, Frank Lecerf already admitted he will sue the Renault brand, due to the risky situation he was exposed to.

Wash your car and get free sex

In Malaysia service stations that put sculptural women to lather cars are a fad. But in Sunway Mentari (in Malaysia too) police discovered an automatic car wash working literally side by side with a brothel. They were offering customers free sex after nine car washes.

After three months of investigation, the police ended up with this ‘creative strategy’ to attract customers. Nine Vietnamese women, aged between 18 and 28 years, were arrested on charges of prostitution. Authorities only discovered this trick when searching five men who were caught having sex with prostitutes. They all had loyalty cards belonging to this car wash station, according to ‘The Malay Mail’.

In fact, this car wash station not only offered free sex to the most loyal customers. Clients looking for prostitutes didn’t even have to wash their cars as they could get straight into business with $30 to $45.

Naked girls detained while protesting against Indian government

Four women from the Ukrainian activist group Femen, known for its scantily clad protests, were arrested in the Indian Embassy in Kiev during a manifestation.

The women were protesting against a decision by the Indian Government, which announced a ban on entry into the country of Ukrainian females aged 15 to 40 years, in order to avoid an increase in prostitution in India.

The activist group Femen has already responded: “Ukrainian women are not prostitutes, and we have always said this and fought this image. It’s a shame that India treats women this way and a shame that our Ukrainian president has not reacted to the insult.”

Not satisfied, women protested at the premises of the embassy in India in Kiev. On a balcony, the girls raised placards with slogans: “Ukraine is not a brothel” or “We’re not prostitutes” were some of the phrases they shouted repeatedly.

Local authorities were called and detained the Ukrainian women. According to the Ukrainian radio Svoboda, the Indian Government’s argument is that women from Ukraine become prostitutes in India.

Thief steals five tons of glacier ice to cool drinks

A man suspected of stealing five tons of ice from the Jorge Montt Glacier, in Patagonia, was caught in the act and arrested by the authorities of Chile.

Last Friday the police intercepted a refrigerated truck with an ice shipment worth around $4500.

The booty was transformed into ice sculptures and used to refresh whiskeys, rums and cocktails in bars in the capital, Santiago.

According to the Guardian, the man is accused of theft, but may also be charged with violation of national monuments.

This happens at the same time that scientists acknowledge that Jorge Montt glacier shrinks more than 500 meters per year, making it one of the most significant losses worldwide.
